The awarding was done during the Recognition Day/Closing Exercises of the school held last March 30, 2016. GFI Mindanao Outreach Coordinator Jocelyn Robles was the invited Guest Speaker and she also did the awarding of the medals as well as the recipient of the Youth Leadership Award, Mayzie Claire M. Luyao.

Amado M. Quirit Sr. National High School Graduation


Graduates of Amado M. Quirit Sr. National High School in their traditional clothing and accessories last April 2, 2016. Majority of the students belong to the Blaan Indigenous Peoples group of the Philippines. They were joined by the school principal, invited personalities and honored guest speaker from DepEd Schools Division in Sarangani Province, Mr. Romy Martin.

Lamlifew Integrated School Closing Exercises

April 2, 2016


Lamlifew Integrated School...uniquely proud of the dominant Blaan Indigenous Peoples culture in their community. 34 graduates (16 boys and 18 girls) along with teaching force in their beautiful Blaan clothing and accessories made by community members too. The school is also transitioning to the new K-12 program and these graduates will start Grade 7 in their community so that they do not need to travel far for high school.




Lamlifew Integrated School is one of the 2013-2017 GFI recipient schools for books and educational resource donations from supporters in Atlanta.
